House District 44 stretches from the tip of Kelley Point Park in the west to Portland International Airport on the eastern end. Most of the district’s residents live in the North Portland neighborhoods located west of I-5 on the Peninsula: Overlook, Arbor Lodge, Kenton, University Park, Portsmouth, Cathedral Park, and St. Johns. The district also includes Hayden Island, Bridgeton, East Columbia, the Columbia Boulevard business corridor, and the northern part of the Cully neighborhood in Northeast Portland.
